Information About Delivery
We are a delivery ONLY service. Please note our NEW expanded delivery times below.
- Placing an Order – Orders can be placed Mon-Fri 11am to 8pm. You may also schedule your delivery time in advanced.
- Weekdays & Weekends - Deliveries go throughout the day until 8:00.
- Same Day Delivery – Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 7:30pm.

Within SF City Limits
Deliveries in the city of San Francisco are included in the price of medicine.
South of SF City Limits
Deliveries outside of San Francisco must meet certain criteria
- Deliveries need to be pre-scheduled.
- Minimum order of $120.
- Deliveries will go out Wednesdays and/or Fridays between 2pm and 4pm.
- Delivery fee is $1 a mile from our dispatch location to you.
We use a dispatch location of 94103 to map to your location. So if you live 15 miles away from our dispatch, your delivery fee is $15. If there is a bridge fee, it will also be added to your order total.
Other Bay Area Deliveries
We do NOT deliver to the North Bay, Peninsula or to the East Bay.
