To become a member of our collective, you will need the following:
- Dr.’s recommendation for use of Medical Cannabis (issued by a California Physician)
- Valid California ID (Driver’s License or ID Card)
- Signed Membership Agreement (provided via email – prior to Initial Delivery & Orientation*)

- Once your information is verified, we will send a “Membership Agreement” form to be sign & returned via email.
- Please have the following documents available for the driver during the initial delivery & orientation:
- CA Dr.’s Recommendation (signed original)
- A valid California ID (CDL or ID Card)

*INITIAL DELIVERY & ORIENTATION - On the first delivery and member orientation, the driver will take a photo of your Dr.’s recommendation and your CA Driver’s License.
